How Neupro Patch works
Parkinson’s disease is a disorder of the central nervous system. The estimated 4 million patients worldwide suffering from this disease suffers from a lack of dopamine, a messenger substance in the central nervous system, which is responsible for the co-ordination of movement. The lack of dopamine causes the patient to be unable to control their movements reliably. Neupro attempts to compensate for this lack of dopamine.
