How do I obtain medication? You can place your order in three ways. Simply place your order online, order via our toll free number, or print out our order form and fax or mail it to us. How do I get my prescription to you? You can choose to either fax, upload your prescription during your order or mail your prescription to us. Before doing so, you must either place an order online or via phone, or fill in our order form. For more information on doing so, and for our fax number and address please refer to our contact us section
Is a prescription necessary? Yes. We are a licensed and regulated online pharmacy, and just like your local US pharmacy, we need a valid prescription from a registered doctor for us to supply you with your medication.
Is SpeedyHealth.com legal? Yes. SpeedyHealth.com is legal. We are licensed to operate in the UK and can ship to other locations. Depending on your own state and country laws we would advise that you check to make sure you can legally import the medication that you are ordering. We will not sell any Rx medication without a valid prescription. Furthermore, the drugs we supply are sourced directly from the manufacturers and come in the manufacturer’s packaging, with original labels written in English.
How do I pay? SpeedyHealth.com accepts all major credit cards: please provide the necessary details on the order form or when buying online.
Why do your medications cost less than at my local pharmacy? There is a vast difference in the pricing of medication in the US and the UK, as the large pharmaceutical companies have larger overheads in the United States (Research & Development costs are almost entirely absorbed by US customers). With some drugs, the price is almost 70% less. Since we source our drugs directly from the manufacturers here in the UK, we cut out the “middle man” and pass the savings on to the customer.
May I refill an existing prescription with you? Of course, we have a free optional refill reminder service on SpeedyHealth.com so we can contact you and take care of the necessary steps when a refill is due. Alternatively, you can give us a call or login to your account and request that your prescription be refilled – we will do the rest.
Are there any hidden costs, taxes or fees that I should be aware of? No. There are no hidden charges on SpeedyHealth.com. The prices of the medications and the delivery costs are clearly stated. There are no taxes or fees to be paid for medication from SpeedyHealth.com.
Why does the form ask for my phone number? The phone number is required so we can get in touch with you immediately in case of any problems with your order, prescription, or payment. All personal information is treated with strict confidence and not used for any marketing purpose whatsoever.
Do you supply generic drugs? We can supply generic drugs when it is available in the UK. Most pharmacists agree that generics are just as good as brand name drugs when it comes to effectiveness, quality control, appearance and packaging and generic drugs are subject to the same strict control that brand name drugs are. In most cases, generic substitutes can save you up to 50% compared to brand name drugs.
How will my order be packaged? Most discreetly to say the least; we at SpeedyHealth.com understand that your health is private. For this very reason, your order is delivered in a grey envelope which reveals nothing about its contents.
How much is the delivery cost? Delivery is a flat rate of $15 per package. So, we advise our customers to place multiple orders at the same time to save on delivery charges.
I received a confirmation email more than 10 days ago, why has my order not arrived? As can happen with any order that arrives via mail, occasionally we experience unexpected delays in the delivery. If this is due to an error on our part, we will rectify the problem immediately; if it is due to postal error, we can follow it up with them on your behalf.
Where are you based? Our offices and pharmacy are located in South London in the UK. We also maintain a small presence in Los Angeles, California to process mail orders we receive from customers.
I tried to call the office and there was no answer. Unfortunately, due to time difference, we may not be in the office when some of our customers call. Be sure, though, if you leave a message we will return your call. If you must get through to a person when you call, we advise our customers to call as early in the day as possible.
