How do I obtain medication?
We want to make it as convenient as possible for you to place your order, therefore we provide three different ways for you to do so, and you just need to choose the one that’s most convenient for you.
Firstly, you can complete our online order form on the site to place your order. The second option is to print a PDF version of this form, complete it and send it back to us via post or fax. Our third option allows you to place an order over the phone.

How do I get my prescription to you?
As our pharmacy only sells genuine prescription medications, we ask you that you send us your prescription either via post or fax. If you’ve chosen to post or fax your order to us, you can send your prescription as an accompanying document. However, if you’ve placed your order over the phone or online, you can fax or post your prescription to our pharmacy directly, including your order number as reference.
For more information on this, and for our fax number and postal address, please refer to our contact us section. |

Is a prescription necessary?
Yes. We are a licensed and regulated online pharmacy, and just like your local US pharmacy, we need a valid prescription from a registered doctor for us to supply you with your medication. |

SpeedyHealth accepts all major credit cards. Please provide the necessary details on the order form or when buying online. All payment information will be treated in the strictest confidence and in accordance with data protection standards and HIPAA guidelines. |

How do I know whether SpeedyHealth is a legitimate online pharmacy?
SpeedyHealth is an online outlet for Post Haste Pharmacy, a Florida-based retail and mail-order drugstore, with more than 40years worth of experience in the US healthcare industry. We adhere to all US regulations and therefore only supply authentic medications to patients who have a valid prescription from their physician. |
| |
May I refill an existing prescription with you?
Of course, we have a free optional refill reminder service on SpeedyHealth so we can contact you and take care of the necessary steps when a refill is due. Alternatively, you can give us a call or login to your account and request that your prescription be refilled – we will do the rest. |
| |
Are there any hidden costs, taxes or fees that I should be aware of?
No. There are no hidden charges on SpeedyHealth. The prices of the medications and the delivery costs are clearly stated. |
| |
Why does the form ask for my phone number?
We ask for your phone number so we can get in touch with you in case there are any issues with your order, prescription, or payment. All personal information is treated with strict confidence and is not used for any marketing purposes. |
| |
Do you supply generic drugs?
We can supply generic medications approved by the FDA if they are a suitable substitute. Most pharmacists agree that generics are just as good as brand name drugs when it comes to effectiveness, quality control, appearance and packaging. Generic drugs are subject to the same strict control as brand name drugs. |
| |
How will my order be packaged?
All orders are packed in discreet packaging and then placed within a general courier bag, with no details of the contents mentioned on the outside. |
