How It Works

Patients should avoid getting Atrovent into their eyes since this might result in precipitation or worsening of narrow-angle glaucoma, mydriasis, eye pain or discomfort, temporary blurring of vision, visual halos or colored images in association with red eyes from conjunctival and corneal congestion. Should the medication get into the eyes by mistake, wash with plenty of water and consult a physician immediately. Dose and frequency of usage of Atrovent should not be changed without medical consultation. Indiscriminate use of the medication might lead the effects of the medicine to diminish.
