To order online, simply choose a treatment and complete an online consultation. During the consultation, you will provide information about your symptoms, medical history, and general medical information, such as your blood pressure and weight. This consultation takes less than 5 minutes to complete and will help make sure you're getting the right treatment.

One of our licensed doctors will then review your information and evaluate which treatment is appropriate for you. If a prescription is appropriate, your treatment will be shipped to your chosen delivery address from our Los Angeles-based pharmacy.

What happens after I submit my order? What happens after I submit my order?

Your consultation will be sent directly to one of our healthcare providers. If your chosen treatment is appropriate for you, you will be issued a prescription. Your prescription is then forwarded to our pharmacy, where your medication will be dispensed and dispatched for delivery.

All orders include a consultation, prescription, delivery and medical support.

Is the price all-inclusive? Is the price all-inclusive?

Yes. All SpeedyHealth orders include a medical consultation, a prescription and next-day delivery. There are no additional costs. We believe in providing a safe and easy-to-use service.

How old do you need to be to place an order? How old do you need to be to place an order?

We can only provide medication to people over the age of 18. Age verification checks are carried out at the point of ordering to ensure that patients using our service are at least 18 years old.

What is the age verification process? What is the age verification process?

As an online healthcare provider, we are legally required to confirm that you are at least 18 years of age before your first purchase.

Checks are carried out against information you provide including, but not limited to, your name, address and date of birth. Checks may also be carried out in the future if there are any discrepancies in your details.

If we are unable to verify your age:

  • you will be sent an email notification
  • you will be asked to upload an image of a form of ID (e.g. passport)
  • your order will be "pending" until verified

If the age verification fails, please amend your date of birth.

You can also upload a picture of your ID. This is done on the My Profile section of the Members' Area.

Your ID should display your face, name and DOB. Accepted forms of ID include passports, driver's licenses and identification cards.

Why hasn't my order been approved? Why hasn't my order been approved?

There are several reasons as to why your order may not have been approved:

  • If it is a medical concern, one of our healthcare providers may request additional information via email
  • If there is an issue with your personal details, a member of our customer service team will contact you via phone or email
  • If there is a payment issue, our customer service team may reach out via phone or email

If an order is declined by the doctor on medical grounds, you will be told the reason/s why.

What happens if the doctor doesn't approve my order? What happens if the doctor doesn't approve my order?

If the doctor does not approve your order, your account will not be charged. You will receive a notification email detailing any alternative treatments that are available. You can also contact our customer service team for further clarification.

If your order has been 'Suspended,' the doctor has not approved the selected treatment for your use.

This may be due to concerns about your health, diagnosis or over-prescribing or simply because the doctor requires additional information.

What does order status "Pending" mean? What does order status "Pending" mean?

If your order is "Pending," this means that there is an issue with your order, and we are awaiting your response. It may be that we need further age verification, medical details or that your payment has not processed.

What does order status "Canceled" mean? What does order status "Canceled" mean?

If your order is "Canceled," we will not process it further. No payment will be taken. If you have not personally canceled, get in touch with our team for clarification.

What does order status "Dispatched" mean? What does order status "Dispatched" mean?

If your order is "Dispatched," this means our pharmacy is preparing your treatments.

What does order status "In transport" mean? What does order status "In transport" mean?

If your order is "In transport," this means it is on its way to you. An email containing the tracking information will be sent to you once your order has left our pharmacy.

If your order is "Delivered," this means it has been received and signed for at the chosen address.

If there are any issues with your order, we may need to contact you, and a phone call is the most efficient way for our team to communicate directly with you. Problems can sometimes occur at the point of payment or because the doctor has further questions regarding your health.

Yes, you can! Call 1-844-551-3955 and one of our friendly customer service representatives will be happy to help place an order for you.

How does reordering work? How does reordering work?

Log in to your Members' Area and navigate to the "My Orders" section. You will find the option "Reorder."

Unless your details have changed, you will not need to complete a consultation again.

Can I place more than one order at a time? Can I place more than one order at a time?

Yes! You can place multiple items in one basket, and complete a consultation for all of them.

If you wish to place a second order for a different medication, you will have to complete a separate consultation.

In some circumstances, if the chosen medications negatively interact with each other, your order may not be approved on this basis.

Can I order medication in bulk for prolonged use? Can I order medication in bulk for prolonged use?

Unfortunately not. It can be wasteful and potentially dangerous to purchase large quantities of medication.

We offer a variety of package sizes to suit your needs, but if you have any questions or exceptional circumstances, get in touch with us and we'll be happy to help.

How do I cancel my order? How do I cancel my order?

We accept order cancellations as long as your treatment has not been dispensed by the pharmacy. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team by phone, live chat or email.

If your order has not yet been dispensed, we can arrange for a full refund to be issued. If your treatment has already been dispensed, we are no longer able to cancel the order. It will be delivered to the requested address.

We accept payment from MasterCard, VISA, Maestro and American Express.

Yes! You can do this in the Members' Area > My profile.

Your billing address is used to verify your payment. If your billing address is different from your delivery address, you can set a separate address during checkout.

Can I return orders? Can I return orders?

We do not accept returns as these products cannot be reused. If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been opened, get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible.

Please dispose of unwanted medication responsibly by taking it to a drug take back site.

If the payment fails, you will receive an email with a link to correct it.

There is also an option to correct your details on the My Profile section of the Members' Area. Here, you can select a different payment method and billing address (this needs to correspond with your payment/card).

Medication
What is a generic medicine? What is a generic medicine?

A generic medicine is a drug that contains the same active ingredients and has the same effects as a previously patented medication.

For example, Sildenafil is the generic version of Viagra. Both treatments are pharmacologically identical. Generics can only be sold once a patent has expired.

You can also log in to your account and send a message via the Message Center. Our medical team will forward your message to the relevant doctor.

You can, however, our service is all-inclusive, meaning a prescription is included in the cost.

What should I do if I experience side effects? What should I do if I experience side effects?

It is not uncommon to experience side effects after taking prescription medication, especially when commencing a new treatment. Common side effects are listed on our product pages and, in most cases, are not a serious cause for concern.

If you are experiencing severe or long-lasting side effects, please stop taking the medication and seek immediate medical attention.

You can create an account by clicking the icon in the top menu bar. You will also be asked to create an account when you place your first order.

You can log in to an existing account via the button at the top right corner of our website. You will need to input your email address and password.

If you haven't ordered with us before, please follow the instructions when completing your order. A customer account will automatically be set up for you.

You can also log in with Facebook and Google.

I have forgotten my password, what can I do? I have forgotten my password, what can I do?

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a one-time password to be sent to your email address. This can be done by clicking "Forgot password?" below the password box.

If you don't receive an email or if you no longer have access to the email account you used when signing up, get in touch, and we'll help you retrieve your account details.

Once logged in, you will be able to change your password.

To change your password, please log into your account using your existing email and password. You will then have the option to update your password under My Profile.

It is not currently possible to change your login email online. If you need to change your email, please contact our customer service team.

A one-time password (OTP)​ is a string of numbers automatically generated for a single login attempt. OTPs can be sent via SMS or email and are used to protect web-based services, private credentials and data.

This is an additional layer of security which requires two forms of authentication: your password and SMS verification.

We use up-to-date technology to ensure that your information is kept safe and secure. We never share any of your details with any third parties, and any medical information you provide will only be viewed by our doctors. All orders are dispatched in unmarked courier packages.

This prescription will then be forwarded to our pharmacy, where your medication will be dispensed and dispatched for courier delivery.

What is an online consultation?

A consultation allows our doctors to diagnose your condition. Each consultation includes general questions about your health as well as specific questions related to your condition. The doctors can use this information to diagnose your medication and assess whether the treatment you have selected is the right choice for you.

When do you take payment?

Payment is only taken once your order has been approved by a doctor. If your request for medication is declined, you will receive no charge.

Problems can sometimes occur with taking payment or because the doctor has some further questions about your health, having already reviewed your consultation. If we contact you by phone, it minimises any disruption to your order.

Yes, you can. Simply contact our Customer Service Team and ask them to place an order for you.

What happens if my order isn't approved by the doctor?

If your order is not approved by the doctor, your account will not be charged. You will receive a notification email, which will give details of any alternative treatments that are available.

Can I place more than one order at a time?

This will depend on which treatments you wish to order. Certain medications may interact with each other, causing harmful side effects. If you wish to place a second order for a different medication, take another consultation and the doctor will be able to assess whether you are safe to use this medication alongside your previous order.

How do you guarantee your medicines are genuine?

All medications are dispensed from an accredited pharmacy. The pharmacy is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council and you can confirm their accreditation by clicking here.

Do I need to consult my own doctor?

We always recommend visiting your own doctor for regular check-up. So that they can keep your records up-to-date, we can pass on information regarding your treatment to your own GP. All you need to do is to check the appropriate box during your consultation.

What happens if I get side effects?

It's not uncommon for people to experience side effects after taking medication, especially if they're beginning a new treatment. Common side effects are listed on our medication pages and in most cases, aren't a serious cause for concern. If you start to experience a side effect that's particularly uncomfortable, you should contact Customer Service or your local doctor as soon as possible.

Delivery

When will I get my order?

Orders placed before 4.30pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 4.30pm on Friday or on Saturday and Sunday will arrive on Tuesday. Orders will arrive within 1 - 2 days after they are dispatched.

Will I have to pay customs duty or import taxes?

Not on orders to Europe. Further charges may be levied on other international orders, please contact our Customer Service Team for further details.

Do I have to sign for my delivery?

Yes, by law prescription medication cannot be delivered without a signature.

I placed my order several days ago and it hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

When you place your order, you should've received a confirmation email with your order tracking details. If you need any more help, contact our Customer Service Team.

How are the items packaged and delivered?

We pack all orders in boxes placed within tamper-proof courier envelopes. No mention of SpeedyHealth will appear on the packaging.

We can accept payment from Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express.

Can I use more than one card to pay for an order?

Sorry, we can only accept payment from one card. Depending on your location, other payment methods may also be available such as cash on delivery, invoice payments and bank transfer.

Can I return my order once it has been delivered?

Unfortunately, the law prohibits the return of medications. If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible. Please make sure you dispose of unwanted medication responsibly by taking it to a local pharmacy or doctor's surgery.

What is the Auto Repeat Prescription service?

Our Auto Repeat Prescription service (ARPS) allows you to continue your treatment without interruption (between review dates set by our Doctors) via the continuous supply of your medication further to your obtaining repeat prescriptions from our Doctors. Prescriptions are Doctors' written authorisations for a patient to purchase a prescription medicine from our pharmacy.
