Delivery, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Your order is sent by USPS. Orders are discreetly packaged with no mention of the products enclosed or company details to ensure privacy and discretion. If it is more convenient, you can have your delivery sent to your work address or to another address that is easier for you.

Once a package has been dispatched to our shipping services/agents, we advise that you will then be bound by their terms and conditions. You can find a link to them here.

The estimated date and time window for delivery of the goods is set out in the confirmation email. We will let you have a revised estimated date for delivery of the goods if something happens which is outside of our control and affects the estimated date of delivery. Unless you and we agree otherwise, if we cannot deliver your goods within 30 days, we will let you know, cancel your order, and give you a refund. In some cases, you may be asked to confirm receipt of delivery. If this is not possible, please contact us using the contact details at the top of this page.

Delivery of the goods will take place when our courier delivers them to the address that you gave to us. You are responsible for the goods when delivery has taken place. The risk in the goods passes to you when you take possession of the goods. Please examine the goods as soon as possible after receipt and notify us of any fault, damage or missing items within 3 days from the time of delivery.

You have the right to cancel your order up to the point when your treatment is dispatched. The pharmacist must immediately destroy any medication upon return to the pharmacy, even unopened boxes, so we are not able to offer refunds once your treatment has been dispatched.

If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, you will be entitled to a refund. In the event of a refund, the refund will be made by the same method used to pay for the order. Please note that it can take several business days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company. Your statutory rights are not affected during this period.

We reserve the right to exercise our discretion with respect to any returns and/or refunds under these Terms and Conditions, and such discretion is to be exercised only within the confines of the law.
